1. Service Description

Tracebuster is a digital footprint management platform that scans publicly available databases, data broker registries, and breach records to identify where your personal data may be exposed. We also facilitate data removal requests on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tracebuster. By using our service, you confirm that the identifiers you scan (email, phone, IP) belong to you or you have authorization to scan them.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Scan results are based on publicly available data and may not capture all exposures. We do not guarantee completeness of results. Results should not be considered legal advice. Consult a privacy professional for comprehensive protection.

4. Deletion Requests

We submit data removal requests on your behalf to identified brokers. While brokers are legally required to comply under DPDPA and GDPR, we cannot guarantee removal timelines or outcomes. Estimated success rates are provided for guidance only.

5. Payment Terms

Free tier: 3 scans, no payment required. Paid plans: billed monthly via Razorpay or Stripe. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds: pro-rated within 7 days of subscription. Credits: non-refundable, no expiry.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not: scan identifiers you do not own, use the service for harassment or stalking, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, resell scan results, or use automated tools to abuse our API.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on Tracebuster are owned by Tracebuster Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tracebuster Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
